Resumen de Las prácticas artísticas de vanguardia en el contexto de la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Cuenca y su musealización

Este artículo describe la génesis y desarrollo del proyecto de las Colecciones y Archivos de Arte Contemporáneo de Cuenca [CAAC_Cuenca] que, desde 2013, representa el esfuerzo y la responsabilidad institucional por agrupar, catalogar y digitalizar todo el trabajo de investigación realizado y las colecciones y archivos patrimoniales de arte de vanguardia acumulados desde la creación Facultad de Bellas Artes de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, en 1986, para ponerlo en valor de forma conjunta, darlo a conocer y permitir el acceso público. Este proyecto, adscrito a la nueva museografía de las prácticas artísticas de vanguardia, ha permitido realizar el inventario de los importantes bienes artísticos producidos y atesorados durante los 30 años de vida del centro y proceder a su correcta organización y clasificación en forma de colecciones y archivos. En la actualidad, las CAAC de Cuenca conforman un valioso conjunto de obras, piezas, archivos y documentos relacionado con las prácticas artísticas de la vanguardia reciente, sumando nueve colecciones y archivos.
Además, el artículo pone en relación la importancia y repercusión de este trabajo museográfico colectivo con la historia del arte y la cultura de la ciudad de Cuenca, con la intención de generar un proyecto museográfico global que incida positivamente en el rendimiento de un deseable turismo cultural de calidad ligado a la identidad de esta ciudad castellano-manchega en su relación con las prácticas artísticas del arte español de vanguardia del periodo contemporáneo de entre siglos.

This article describes the genesis and development of the Cuenca Contemporary Art Collections and Archives project [CAAC_Cuenca] that, since 2013, represents the effort and institutional responsibility to compilate, catalog and digitize all the research work carried out and the collections and heritage archives of avant-garde art accumulated since the creation Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, in 1986, to jointly value it, make it known and allow public access. This project, ascribed to the new museography of avant-garde artistic practices, has made it possible to carry out the inventory of the important artistic assets produced and treasured during the 30 years of the center's life and proceed to its correct organization and classification in the form of collections and archives. At present, Cuenca's CAAC are a valuable collection of works, pieces, archives and documents related to the artistic practices of the recent avant-garde, adding nine collections and archives.
In addition, the article relates the importance and impact of this collective museographic work with the history of art and culture of the city of Cuenca (Spain), with the intention of generating a global museographic project that has a positive impact on the performance of a desirable cultural tourism of quality linked to the identity of this city in its relationship with the artistic practices of avant-garde Spanish art of the contemporary period of between centuries.
