Two new inscriptions, recovered from Rione Terra, Pozzuoli, introduce fresh evidence on the celebratory and religious character of what has been interpreted as the ancient forum of the Campanian colony. The first is a honorary dedication to Iulia, the daughter of Emperor Tito, who became Augusta before her father took the throne and was made a divinity after her death: this paper questions the name of this Flavian princess, with respect to Domitian politics and the legitimisation of the dynasty, and looks at the relationship between this inscription and other dedications and statues related to the imperial domus found on the same site. The second inscription is a dedication to Iuno Sospes, Mater Magna and Isis, following an oracle. The discussion explores the link between these three divinities and their relationship with Pozzuoli, where the latter two are well attested.
