    The essay addresses for the first time the analisys of the work De iure pontificio attriibuted to the annalist Fabius Pictor: The following topics are discussed: the identity of the author; the relationship between this work and the Annales, in greek and latin; the character of the first work on sacred law. Then was made a comment to the most significant fragments.
