    La riflessione su due testimonianze relative ai legati alimentari di vino D.33.1.17.1 e D.33.6.13, prendendo le mosse dalla più nota cura interpretativa in dottrina, è orientata, definita la quaestio iuris, a cogliere delle fonti giurisprudenziali la dimensione fattuale nella prospecttiva del contributo della convergenza dei saperi quale strumento utile all'indagine antichistica. In questa ottica, l'apporto del sapere tradizionale de re rustica consente, per i detti brani, di ipotizzare l'estensioe della vinea e della pars da cui si ricaba la quantitas legata.

    The study proposes some reflections on D.33.1.17 and D.33.6.13, two testimonies relative to legata vinorum. In the first part, starting from the most famous opinion in the Roman law's literature, the work is based on the overall framing of the matter, on obligatio, about the quaestio iuris. The, the analysis of jurisprudential sources sheds light and tries to prove the utility of an interdiscipliry interpretation, and, in particular, the contribution than can give de re rustica point of view. So, it is possible to obtain precious, thought hypothetical, data on the factual dimension underlying the question, as the sizw of the vineyard and the extension of the vineyard from which it is derived vinun legatum.
