  La presente investigación comprende un estudio descriptivo acerca de las rutinas productivas que intervienen en la construcción de las noticias para el noticiero: “A Tiempo” del Telecentro Solvisión. Se analiza la producción de noticias desde la sociología de los emisores. La limitación de recursos materiales, el poco tiempo para la recolección, edición y presentación afectan la producción de noticias en el Telecentro. Los periodistas tienen insuficiente formación académica. Las investigaciones en el Telecentro analizan la recepción de los programas y las audiencias, por lo que no hay estudios del campo de los emisores.

  Los fundamentos teóricos se basan en la hipótesis de la agenda setting, los estudios de los gatekeeper y newsmaking como punto de partida para el análisis del fenómeno estudiado. Prevalece la perspectiva de investigación cualitativa. Se utilizan técnicas como la observación participante y la entrevista en profundidad. Para corroborar la información obtenida se utiliza la técnica cuantitativa de encuesta por cuestionario.

  This is a descriptive study of the productive routines involved in the construction of news for the breaking news On time of TV Channel Solvisión. It analyzes the production of news from the sociology of emisors. The limitation of material resources, the little time for the gathering, edition and presentation affects the production of news in the TV channel. The journalists have insufficient academic formation. The previous investigations in the TV channel analyze the programs reception and the audiences, so there are not studies in the field of the emisors.

  The theoretical foundation is based on the agenda setting theory, studies of the gatekeeper and Newsmaking, as a starting point for analysis of the phenomenon being studied, based on the fundamental concepts applied in this research. The perspective is the qualitative research, using techniques such as participant observation and interview. To corroborate the information obtained it is used the test as a quantitative technique.
