In this article the authors discuss the 2010 U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. They argue that the law does more to reform the health insurance system than the heath care system, changing how health care is paid for, not how much individuals pay. They offer an analysis of why health care in the U.S. costs more while people get less and what can be done about it.
