  • The article discusses the ten teams of finalists in the National Inventors Hall of Fame's 20th Annual Collegiate Inventors Competition in Alexandria, Virginia, which awards prizes to the best undergraduate and graduate student inventing teams. An overview of a magnetic device, called the MPlug, invented by Lehigh University undergraduates Michael Harm, Gregory Capece, and Nicholas Rocha, that eliminates the need to unplug a plug from the wall socket is presented.
