  • In this article the author discusses aspects of climate change and the end of diplomatic communication between developed nations. He notes that developing nations are not to blame for stalled diplomacy as leaders of developed nations suggest, discusses the refusal of developing countries, such as China, to sign an international agreement to control emissions, and outlines what several developing nations are doing to curb greenhouse gas emissions, such as reducing deforestation.
