  • The article discusses unification theory in physics and practical, philosophical, and aesthetic considerations that underlie the search for a unifying theory of everything. Physicist A. Garrett Lisi is noted for his view of using the geometrical framework of quantum theory to incorporate physicist Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity and achieve a unification theory.
