    • The article discusses the use of human beings by Internet digital service companies to find the best answers to users' questions. Topics include an overview of informational crowdsourcing, phone-based services, such as ChaCha, where users can speak their questions and receive the answer in text message on their cell phones, and an instant-answer service called Aardvark that queries everyone in the user's social network to find an answer.
