En esta contribución se analiza la reciente STC 34/2018, de 12 de abril, en la que por primera vez el Tribunal Constitucional se pronuncia sobre el alcance de la potestad del Ejecutivo de otorgar su disconformidad a las iniciativas legislativas parlamentarias que supongan un aumento de los créditos o, disminución de los ingresos presupuestarios en virtud el artículo 134.6 de la Constitución Española (CE) y de su desarrollo reglamentario en el artículo 126.2 del Reglamento del Congreso de los Diputados (RCD).

This contribution study the recent STC 34/2018, of 12 April, in which for the first time the Constitutional Court pronounces on the scope of the power of the Government to grant its dissatisfaction to the parliamentary legislative initiatives that suppose an increase of the credits or, decrease of budgetary budgets in the article 134.6 of the Spanish Constitution (CE) and of its regulatory development in the article 126.2 of the Regulation of the Congress of the Deputies (RCD).
