Resumen de Lições de ‘Buen Vivir’: impactos ambientais sobre as comunidades indígenas no Brasil contemporâneo

  For a long time the indigenous issue was focused on indigenous figure itself, i.e., the use of your workforce, in questions of your human nature and the impasse can be considered or not Brazilian citizens. Currently the objects of study and methodological procedures have been extended and the focus of the indigenous issue was transferred from the identity of these peoples to the conservation of biodiversity, global and regional, territorial demarcation, ethnocide, exploitation of their land, violence, among others. All due study aims to analyze elements about the environmental impacts triggered in indigenous communities with the redefinition of their territories and the deployment of large buildings, especially the hydroelectric and mining companies. The study used the methodological procedure investigative and research-bibliographic jurisprudence.

  Durante muito tempo a questão indígena esteve centrada na figura do indígena propriamente dito, ou seja, na utilização da sua força de trabalho, nos questionamentos de sua natureza humana e no impasse de serem considerados ou não cidadãos brasileiros. Atualmente os objetos de estudo e procedimentos metodológicos foram alargados e o foco da questão indígena foi transferido da identidade desses povos para a conservação da biodiversidade regional e global, demarcação territorial, etnocídio, exploração das suas terras, violência, dentre outros.  O devido estudo tem por objetivo analisar elementos acerca dos impactos ambientais desencadeados nas comunidades indígenas com a redefinição de seus territórios e a implantação de grandes construções, especialmente as hidrelétricas e mineradoras. O estudo utiliza-se do procedimento metodológico bibliográfico-investigativo e de pesquisa jurisprudencial.
