  • The article presents a reprint of the article “After Twenty-Five Years,” by Bill Wilson, which appeared in the March 1960 issue of “AA Grapevine.” [Regular abstract follows]. The article discusses the 25th anniversary of the formation of the self-help group Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). The author notes the AA principles of recovery, unity, and service and his thoughts of alcoholics who will join AA in the future. The author discusses the founding of AA by physician Bob Smith and himself and the people they drew ideas from to do so.
