Resumen de Picturing the Coping Strategies of Caregiving Children in Western Kenya: From Images to Action.
The article discusses the participatory methodology called Photovoice that has been used traditionally to make policymakers aware of health and social problems and to raise awareness among people who face life challenges to their health and well-being. The article discusses a Western Kenya nongovernmental organization (NGO) called World Voices Positive (WVP) that made use of Photovoice to communicate and seek intervention for children who serve as caregivers for their parents who live with AIDS.
