  • Resumen
    • In the article the author reflects on the U.S. health care system. 47 million Americans are without health insurance coverage and insurance is primarily acquired through employment benefits. He opines that health care problems are caused by the privatization of campaign funding and the organization of medical care. Funding for political candidates comes from private sources such as insurance, pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies. He discusses mistakes U.S. President Barack Obama has made concerning his strategy for implementing national health insurance.
