  • The authors discuss the history of environmental justice as part of U.S. environmental policy. They mention the affect of evolving environmental issues, such as climate change, on vulnerable populations. They suggest that public health agencies lead critical discussions and partner with communities to achieve increased funding for environmental justice research.
