    En este artículo se presenta el resultado de un diagnóstico sociolingüístico participativo del toba/qom del barrio Las Malvinas de La Plata, Argentina, donde se estudiaron las actitudes de los pobladores hacia su lengua. Los resultados muestran el estado de debilitamiento lingüístico del toba/qom, pero también nos revelan algunos aspectos que se podrían tomar en cuenta si se desea trabajar la revitalización de la lengua.

    This paper presents the results of a participative linguistic diagnosis of a Toba/Qom community called “Las Malvinas”, located in La Plata, Argentina. The study aims to explore the attitudes of the Toba people towards their language. The results demonstrate the linguistic weakening of the Toba/Qom language, but this work also offers some clues towards the revitalization of this language.
