    Se presenta un caso clínico infrecuente de traumatismo de la arteria poplítea por traumatismo vascular durante el implante de una protesis de rodilla. Se presenta el caso y se analiza todas las circunstancias que pueden dar lugar a la lesión vascular. Se discute los aspectos del traumatismo con las aportaciones y datos recogidos de la bibliografía.

    An infrequent clinical case of popliteal artery trauma due to vascular trauma during the implantation of a knee prosthesis is presented. The case is presented and all the circumstances that can give rise to the vascular lesion are analyzed. The aspects of the trauma are discussed with the contributions and data collected from the bibliography
