    El llamado posacuerdo y la búsqueda de la paz han generado una situación nacional conflictiva pero urgente, en la que es necesario pensar en formas, metodologías y políticas que permitan la inclusión social. Sin embargo, tales procesos, que no son decretados por mandato presidencial, hacen preciso que la sociedad reconozca a ese otro que emerge bajo el significante “excombatiente”, tarea harto difícil porque en su historia, de manera sistemática, se le ha denominado “terrorista”. El texto presenta una ruta para reflexionar sobre algunos aspectos que intervienen en la construcción del otro y su tránsito al lugar de enemigo.

    The so-called post-agreement period and the search for peace have generated a conflictive yet pressing national situation in which it is necessary to think of ways, methodologies, and policies that allow for social inclusion. However, such processes, which do not arise from presidential decrees, make it necessary for society to recognize the other that arises from the signifier “ex-combatant”. This is a difficult task because, historically, that other has been systematically called a “terrorist”. The article provides a path to reflect on some of the aspects involved in the construction of the other and his/her transit to the position of enemy.
