    El presente trabajo busca problematizar el concepto de diversidad lingüística promovido por las últimas reformas educativas de la Argentina (Ley Federal de Educación, año 1993 y Ley Nacional de Educación, año 2004). Dicha problematización recupera las relaciones entre las mencionadas reformas educativas y las orientaciones de los Organismos Internacionales en cuanto a los fundamentos que validaron la reorganización del sistema educativo nacional, respecto de sus lineamientos no solamente pedagógicos, sino también económicos. En estas relaciones se pueden localizar para su análisis las resignificaciones del concepto de diversidad lingüística que sostienen los documentos de las mencionadas reformas como entrecruzamientos de distintas y divergentes líneas teóricas que, además de generar contradicciones, tuvieron y tienen un efecto desestabilizador para la enseñanza de la lengua, y con ello, para el trabajo docente.

    The present paper looks to think the concept of linguistic diversity promoted by the last educative reforms of Argentina (Federal Law of Education, year 1993 and National Law of Education, year 2004). This analysis recovers the relations between the mentioned educative reforms and the directions of the International Organisms as far as the foundations that validated the reorganization of the national educative system, respect to its directions not only pedagogical, but also economic.

    In these relations the new meaning of the concept of linguistic diversity can be located for their analysis that maintain documents of the mentioned reforms like crossings of different and divergent theoretical lines which, besides to generate contradictions, they had and they have a destabilizing effect for the education of the language, and with it, for the educational work.
