    El presente trabajo muestra los resultados del trabajo académico aplicado orientado a describir la implementación del proceso administrativo en la organización Manufacturas de Calzado J&J S.A.S. ubicada en el municipio de Dosquebradas, dedicada a la producción y comercialización de calzado. Para llevar a cabo el trabajo, se toma en consideración las funciones del proceso administrativo, a su vez, las agregados económicos que influyen en la toma de decisiones y la administración financiera que se relaciona con la función de control. Igualmente se contrasta la teoría con la práctica empresarial de la organización seleccionada para así alcanzar el objetivo planteado.

    This document shows the results of an investigation orientated in describing the implementation of administrative processing in the organization “Manufacturas de Calzado J&J S.A.S.” Which is located in the suburb Dosquebradas, and is in charge of the production and commercialization of footwear. For the development of the investigation some considerations are taken in mind, such as, administrative functions. At the same time, the relevance of the that influence the decisionmaking and the administrative finance, which is related to the control function. Equally, there is a contrast made between the theory and the business practice of the organization selected, aiming this way to accomplish the objective stablished.
