    • In this article the authors discuss U.S. science education and the importance of beginning it at early grades. According to the authors, studies have shown that children start to form negative attitudes about science as early as kindergarten, which can impact their entire educational careers. Topics include an overview of a teaching approach to early science education by educational psychologists at Purdue University that integrates language.
