  • The article reports on a study which investigated whether boosting testosterone in women would affect the aggressiveness of their negotiating styles in bargaining games. The study found that increased testosterone actually reduced bargaining conflicts and facilitated exchange. It is speculated that testosterone may increase the desire to avoid rejection.
