Resumen de Substantivos e adjetivos: classes flutuantes sob perspectiva semântico-discursiva

Starting from the study of the “nominal class”, this paper intends to show how the lexical choice – focusing on naming and qualifiyng processes, which refer, respectively, to entities (nouns) and atributes (adjectives) can contribute to mirroring social imaginary,.
since taken in the interdiscourse of society, these lexical choices can be revealing of subjectivity and axiological dimension conveyed in the texts under analysis. For this research, it will be necessary to revisit grammatical and discursive concepts (BECHARA, 1999; NEVES, 2000, KERBRAT-ORECCHIONI, 1980, among others), notions of social imaginary (JODELET, 2001) and of pathetic effects (CHARAUDEAU, 2010).

Partindo do estudo da “classe dos nominais”, este trabalho pretende mostrar de que forma a seleção lexical – com foco nas operações de nomear e de qualificar, que remetem, respectivamente, para entidades (substantivos) e atributos (adjetivos) pode contribuir para espelhar imaginários sociais, já que tomada no interdiscurso da sociedade, essas escolhas lexicais podem ser reveladoras de subjetividade e da dimensão axiológica veiculadas nos textos em análise. Para essa investigação, será necessário revisitar conceitos gramaticais e discursivos (BECHARA, 1999; NEVES, 2000, KERBRAT-ORECCHIONI, 1980, entre outros), noções de imaginários sociais (JODELET, 2001) e de efeitos patêmicos (CHARAUDEAU, 2010).
