Jesús Montero Iruzubieta, M.C. Díaz Ruiz, Dolores Sosa Domínguez, F. López Checa

  • The acarus are antigens which are frequently implicated in the CAC, for which the methods of etiological identification not always have a suitable clinical relation. We have done 126 TPO for antigens of the acarus group in 50 patients who were consecutive diagnosed of CAC.

We have found a 20% of TPO (+), this proportion increase in people older than 20 years. Not any antigen shows a higher capacity of sensibilization.

The results suggest that the TPO is an easy and a apropiate method for the etiologic diagnosis of the antigens of the acarus group.
