  Comentamos la mejoría clínica y visual obtenida en pacientes con Uveítis Endógena tratada con Ciclosporina A y que resultó refractaría al tratamiento convencional con corticoides y citostáticos. Se comenta la pobre traducción que tiene la mejoría de la A.V. En las angiofluoresceingrafías de control realizadas. Enumeramos los efectos secundarios aparecidos, que resultan ser minimos en comparación con los tratamientos convencionales.

  We comment the clinical and visual recovery obtained in a patient with Endogen Uveitis treated with Cyclosporine A and which resulted refractory to the conventional treatment with corticoids and cytostatic. We comment the poor translation that the recovery of the VA has, in the angiofluoresceingraphies of control made.

  We enumerate the secondary effects appeared, which results to be minimum in comparison to other habitual treatments. We stand out the necessity of finding out the pharmac, at the beginning of the manifestation or in the acute phases to avoid possible irreversible retinian damages.
