El test de provocación ocular (T.P.O.) tras inmunoterapia hiposensibilizante específica (I.H.E.) y frente a pólenes y hongos en conjuntivitis atópicas crónicas (C.A.C.)

    Proponemos el estudio de la C.A.C. mediante el T.P.O. en 242 ojos para los antígenos hongos y pólenes, y su comportamiento respecto a diferentes variables: edad, sexo, P.C.y T.L.H.

    Por otro lado, en 40 pacientes diagnosticados de C.A.C. hemos querido valorar la eficacia del tratamiento con l.H.E. mediante el T.P.O.

    Nuestros resultados sugieren que el T.P.O. puede ser un método de diagnóstico adecuado y de control de la eficacia de la l.H.E. en la C.A.C.

    We study the chronic atopic conjunctivitis by the ocular provocation test in 242 eyes for the fungus antigens and poli en s and their behavior according to different variables: age, sex, cutaneous probes, and histamine liberation test.

    On the other hand, in 40 C.A.C. diagnosed patients we have tried to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment with specific hyposensitive immunotherapy by the ocular provocation test.

    Our results suggest that the ocular provocation test can be a suitable diagnosis method and it also can be a control method of the S.H.I. effectiveness in the C.A.C.
