Estudio mediante fluorofotometría de la asociación de timolol con pilocarpina y dipivalilepinefrina en el glaucoma de ángulo abierto (G.A.A.)

    Se recogen tres muestras de pacientes afectos de G.A.A. sometidos a tratamiento tópico al menos un mes antes de la realización de la prueba. 35 ojos son tratados con maleato de timolol, 12 con timolol y pilocarpina y 12 con timolol y dipivalilepinefrina. Se mide el flujo del humor acuoso (F) mediante fluorofotometría y la facilidad de salida (C) mediante tonografía. El valor de C y de F asciende con timolol y pilocarpina con respecto al timolol solo, pero la diferencia no es estadísticamente significativa. En el caso de la dipivalilepinefrina, no sufren apenas alteración.
