    La presente investigación persigue como objetivo fundamental: el diseño de una estrategia educativa para fortalecer la gestión del Centro Universitario Municipal en función de formar un profesional de excelencia. Los principales resultados se concretan en el conocimiento y las acciones, que en manos de los profesionales, podrán fomentar el vínculo del Centro Universitario con los actores locales (gobierno, empresas, instituciones educacionales y sociales), en función de la excelencia en el proceso docente-educativo y la calidad del resultado: el egresado.

    The current research has a main goal: the design of an educative strategy to strengthen the management of the Municipal University Center in order to form a professional of excellence. The main results are specified in the knowledge and actions, which with the help of professionals, will be able to promote a link of the University Center with the local actors (the government, enterprises, social and educative institutions) towards the excellence in the teaching– learning  process and the quality of the result: the graduated student.
