  • Niño-Mora’s paper (referred to hereafter as [N-M]) has provided an excellent survey of the state-of-the-art of a class of dynamic resource allocation problems known as the restless bandit model. The paper’s focus is on the indexability structure of the model, namely, under what condition(s) certain priority-index policies are optimal
