This article aims to study the act of reproduction in the digital environment, identifying its regulatory framework, especially with regard to acts of temporary reproduction in the digital environment. To this end, it examines the treatment of European legislation in this area and its impact on national legal systems.

Este artigo tem o propósito de estudar o ato de reprodução no ambiente digital, identificando o seu marco regulatório, em especial no que tange aos atos de reprodução temporária no ambiente digital. Para tanto, analisa o tratamento da legislação europeia neste domínio, bem como, os seus reflexos nos ordenamentos jurídicos nacionais.
