    Parte o presente estudo, de análise crítica da Lei Geral da Copa, mais especificamente, no que toca ao estudo da exploração e proteção dos direitos relacionados à imagem, marcas, ao direito de arena, e à liberdade de expressão de todos os envolvidos direta e indiretamente com os eventos nela previstos. Faz menção também aos direitos autorais e demais formas de propriedade intelectual, no intuito de se compreender se o posicionamento adotado nesta lei especial fere ou não o Ordenamento Jurídico Pátrio, Perante um estudo de caráter crítico constitucional-marcário, é verificado que o objeto em foco não se encontrou totalmente de acordo com os mandamentos constitucionais e legais gerais, infringindo e não reconhecendo alguns de seus preceitos, sob a justificativa de necessidade de atendimento às exigências estabelecidas pela FIFA.

Also makes mention of copyright and other forms of intellectual property in order to understand the position taken in this special law hurts or not the legal system Homeland, Faced with a study of constitutional marcário-critical nature, it is verified that the object in focus not fully met in accordance with the constitutional and legal commandments general, breaking and not recognizing some of its precepts, on the grounds of need for compliance with the requirements laid down by FIFA.
