    La Biblioteca del Nord de Sabadell ha experimentado un proceso de cambio iniciado a principios del año 2017, originado básicamente por conflictos con algunos usuarios. Este artículo expone la situación actual de la biblioteca, el proceso del cambio y cómo éste afecta a la labor diaria de cada uno de los miembros de la biblioteca. Se describe el desarrollo de las diferentes etapas que implica el proceso del cambio, en especial las líneas estratégicas identificadas y los posibles procesos a modificar. En conjunto se trataba de adaptar la ejecución de las labores técnicas bibliotecarias al trabajo por procesos y en forma de equipo. El inicio del proceso del cambio incluyó la revisión del proyecto existente con un enfoque más social, y una modificación.

    The library of Sabadell Nord has undergone a process of change star-ted at the beginning of the year 2017, originated essentially by conflicts with some users. This article presents the current situation of the library, the process of change and how this affects the day-to-day of each member of the library staff. Describes the development of the different stages involving the process of change, in particular the identified strategic lines and possible processes to modify. Altogether it was adapting the execution of technical library tasks to work in the form of team and processes. Initially the work of the library was carried out individually and by tasks. The beginning of the process of change included modifying the way of working and at the same time took a turn towards a more social and community library.
