Resumen de Justice by Organizations About the Distinction of Institutions and Organisations

Detlef Horster

  • In the professional literature of social philosophy, with John Rawls as its most important representative, scholars normally do not distinguish between "institutions" and "organizations". This negligence prevents that the ability of the members of any organization to make just decisions is acknowledged. My aim in this essay is to create a precise distinction between "organizations" and "institutions" in order to show how justice is achieved through organizations.
