    A partir de la recerca feta sobre l’obra artística del pintor Agustí Ferrer i Pino, nascut l’any 1884, s’han seleccionat una sèrie de dibuixos fets a començaments de segle, i que per les seves característiques es poden ubicar en l’estètica del moviment noucentista de Catalunya. L’exploració il’anàlisi de les variants estilístiques i formals d’aquests dibuixos permet reconèixer que l’estètica noucentista en el seu pla bidimensional es constitueix per l’efecte de corrents estètiques diferents però alhora encadenades i coexistents. De la mateixa manera, aquesta diversitat i superposició estètiques descobreix en l’obra gràfica del pintor Agustí Ferrer una mirada o, més ben dit, un gest compromès amb una època i un esperit.

    Based on the research of the work of Agustí Ferrer i Pino, a Catalan painter born in 1884, a series of his drawings, dating from the early 19th century and with characteristics that place them in the aesthetics of the Noucentisme, have been selected. The exploration and analysis of style and formal variants in these drawings reveal that the aesthetics of the Noucentisme, in its bidimensional plane, is constituted of different artistic styles which are, however, linked and coexistent. Along these lines, this aesthetic diversity and superposition uncovers in the painter’s work a particular way of looking or, in other words, a gesture of commitment with a specific time and spirit.
