    El Acoso Psicológico Laboral, aun cuando se manifiesta con formas acosadoras de índole psicológica y sin trascendencia sexual, provoca en el trabajador víctima del acoso un grave menoscabo a su dignidad y estabilidad del que, en ocasiones, el empleador es autor o, al menos, conocedor como sumo responsable de la actividad laboral donde se presenta este Acoso. Por ello resulta necesario analizar el alcance de esta responsabilidad del empleador, y es a este asunto al que vamos a dedicar las siguientes líneas para lo que estudiaremos distintas cuestiones relacionadas con el concepto jurídico de Acoso Psicológico en el trabajo, a la luz de su tratamiento legal, y de distintas valoraciones realizadas por la doctrina y la jurisprudencia más relevantes.

    Occupational Psychological Harassment, even when it manifests itself with harassing forms of a psychological nature and without sexual significance, causes the worker victim of harassment a serious impairment to their dignity and stability that, on occasions, the employer is aware of as the person responsible for the harassment work activity where this Harassment occurs. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the scope of this responsibility of the employer aware of the facts, and its compatibility in turn with the responsibility of the author; and it is to this issue that we are going to devote the following lines for what we will study different issues related to the legal concept of Psychological Harassment in the workplace, in light of its legal treatment, and of different assessments made by the doctrine and jurisprudence most relevant.
