    El presente artículo atiende al problema de investigación de caracterización del garantismo de derechos laborales colombianos, en el marco jurisprudencial de la Corte Constitucional Colombiana y el análisis de la eficacia de los convenios de la OIT. Para esto se estructura como objetivo principal del trabajo verificar cuálha sido el tratamiento dado por la jurisprudencia constitucional a la protección de los derechos laborales y los alcances de sus decisiones al interior del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano.

    This article deals with the problem of research characterizing the guarantee of Colombian labor rights within the jurisprudential framework of the Colombian Constitutional Court and the analysis of the effectiveness of the ILO conventions. For this, it is structured as the main objective of the work to verify what has been the treatment given by the constitutional jurisprudence to the protection of the labor rights and the scope of its decisions within the Colombian legal system.
