Resumen de Inicios del siglo XX y el gobierno de Rafael Reyes: una administración de reconstrucción nacional

  El artículo se genera en el contexto del proceso de consulta, investigación e indagación en la causa de la construcción de la tesis doctoral, en el estudio prosopográfico del General Rafael Reyes Prieto, de manera rápida en su biografía de 1849 a 1921 y sus diferentes facetas: Educador, Explorador, Empresario, Político, Constituyente, Militar y Presidente. Hace parte de la tercera generación de boyacenses del siglo XIX con vigencia transicional entre los siglos XIX y XX, la denominada Generación Modernista, cronológicamente es llamada también Generación 1880. Corresponde a los boyacenses que nacieron entre los años 1840 y 1880, y cuya vigencia generacional o plenitud se manifiesta entre 1880 y 1920, en las décadas de transición al mundo contemporáneo. Entre los personajes boyacenses más representativos de la Generación modernista mencionamos los siguientes: Rafael Reyes Prieto, Enrique Álvarez Bonilla, Adriano Páez, Diego Mendoza, Carlos Arturo Torres, Moisés Higuera, Clímaco Calderón Reyes, entre otros.

  The article is generated in the context of the process of consultation, research and inquiry into the cause of the construction of the doctoral thesis, in the prosopographical study of General Rafael Reyes Prieto, quickly in his biography from 1849 to 1921 and its different facets : Educator, Explorer, Entrepreneur, Politician, Constituent, Military and President. It is part of the third generation of nineteenth-century Boyacá with transitional validity between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, was the Modernist Generation, which is also chronologically called Generation 1880. It corresponds to the Boyacá born between the years 1840 and 1880, and whose generational validity or fullness manifested between 1880 and 1920, in the decades of transition to the contemporary world. Among the most representative Boyacá characters of the modernist generation, we mention the following: Rafael Reyes Prieto, Enrique Álvarez Bonilla, Adriano Páez, Diego Mendoza, Carlos Arturo Torres, Moisés Higuera, Clímaco Calderón Reyes, among others.
