Actitud de los docentes de matemática con los alumnos de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán

    Las actitudes son conductas hacia las personas, con respecto de sus emociones, ideales, temas explícitos, aprendidos a través de la experiencia y del grado educativo que posee cada individuo. El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo, analizar estos tipos de actitudes de los docentes en relación con los estudiantes de matemática y física de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán. El método utilizado es el inductivo deductivo, que se ubica en el nivel descriptivo y es de tipo básica, que mediante el muestreo no probabilístico se eligió un grupo de trabajo de 60 estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Matemática y Física matriculados en el año académico 2017. Los resultados de la investigación, en promedio indican que el     92 % de los estudiantes muestran satisfacción por ser escuchados por los docentes, 44 % por tener un desarrollo adecuado de las relaciones humanas, 67 % con el interés por el desarrollo y formación de otras personas, 100 % con la flexibilidad que se tenga con los estudiantes para permitir su creatividad y 55 % con la confianza en sí mismo. En conclusión, se demuestra que existe un tipo de actitud satisfactorio de los docentes para con los estudiantes de matemática y física.

    Attitudes are behaviors towards people, with respect to their emotions, ideals, explicit themes, learned through experience and the educational degree that each individual possesses. The aim of the research work is to analyze these types of attitudes of teachers in relation to students of mathematics and physics at the National University Hermilio Valdizán. The method used is the inductive deductive, which is located at the descriptive level and is of a basic type, which through non-probabilistic sampling was chosen a working group of 60 students of the Professional School of Mathematics and Physics enrolled in the academic year 2017 The results of the research, on average, indicate that 92% of students show satisfaction for being heard by teachers, 44% for having an adequate development of human relations, 67% with interest in the development and training of others. People, 100% with the flexibility you have with students to allow their creativity and 55% with self-confidence. In conclusion, it is shown that there is a type of satisfactory attitude of teachers towards students of mathematics and physics.
