Resumen de Policitemia Rubra Vera: a propósito de un caso clínico

Ante el hallazgo de una poliglobulia, iniciamos un estudio de las posibles causas, con el fin de efectuar el diagnóstico diferencial, lo cual nos conduce a valorar el estado de hidratación en primer lugar y posteriormente aquellas patologías que provocan de forma secundaria estados poliglobúlicos o policitémicos. Se muestra el protocolo de exploración clínica y diagnóstico, la evolución del caso en el tiempo y la conclusión de que se trata de un caso de Policitema Rubra Vera. * When a policitemic dog is found, a study of the possible causes is undertaken to make the diferential diagnosis, which lead us to evaluate the water balance in first place, and further, all ol the different pathologies that might cause, as a side effect, policitemic or poliglobulic conditions. The clinic exploration and diagnostic protocol is shown, case evolution and the conclussion of being a case of Policitemia Rubra Vera.
