Resumen de Diagnóstico por imagen de la enfermedad discal en el perro: definición y uso de patrones mielográficos

En este trabajo se analizan los resultados obtenidos mediante diferentes técnicas de diagnóstico por imagen sobre 55 perros que padecían la enfermedad discal intervertebral y, muy especialmente, los resultados derivados del uso de la mielografia, al ser éste el principal procedimiento utilizado. Además, se definen, por primera vez, los cinco patrones mielográficos extradurales que facilitarán, en lo sucesivo, el estudio y clasificación de cualquier tipo de mielograma, que se pudiera obtener en aquellos animales que sufran esta patología. * In this work we analyze the results achieved with different image diagnostic techniques in 55 dogs suffering from intervertebral disk disease, and specially the results based on myelography, as this is the main method we have used. Moreover, we define for the first time the five myelographic extradural patterns, which will enable future study and classification of any type of myelogram of the animals suffering from this pathology.
