    El presente texto es la comunicación de Teodora Corral en el curso de verano ¿Crisis de refugiados o crisis de la política migratoria europea?, organizado en junio de 2017 por la Cátedra Refugiados y Migrantes Forzosos del Instituto Universitario de Estudios sobre Migraciones (IUEM) de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas, el Servicio Jesuita a Migrantes (SJM) y la Fundación Entreculturas, en la Universidad Menéndez Pelayo. Se trata de un texto de relevancia para este número de Comillas Journal of International Relations en tanto que ofrece una reflexión crítica, fundamentada en un conocimiento en primera persona, del conflicto que atraviesa la República Centroafricana desde 2013 y sobre su dimensión histórica e internacional.

    This article is the communication presented by Teodora Corral during the summer course Crisis of refugees or crisis of European migration policy?, organized in June 2017 by the Chair in Forced Migrants and Refugees of the University Institute of Studies on Migration of the Comillas Pontifical University, the Jesuit Migration Service and the Entreculturas Foundation, at the Menéndez Pelayo University. It is a relevant text for this issue of the Comillas Journal of International Relations, in that it offers a critical reflection, based on first-person knowledge, of the conflict in Central African Republic since 2013, and on its historical and international dimension.
