  • The article reports that researchers have created an olfactory map, a egocentric model of how molecules combine to produce various scents. Topics discussed include analysis of odor molecules found in strawberries, tomatoes, blueberries and mouse urine and the goal to know enough about how odors work to replicate natural smells without the natural sources.
