  • The article presents information on the author having conversation with John Litchfield. John's first meeting with the author took palce at the Eighteenth Annual Meeting of the Institute of Food Technologists which took place in the year 1958. According to John, the meeting discussed food microbiology and technologies related to safety of foods.
