    Este artículo se detiene en la reflexión sobre el origen subjetivo y relacional del acoso entre iguales -el Bullying- buscando encontrar un sentido que ayude a identificar por qué y cuándo se produce. Su propósito es entender mejor el Bullying para afrontarlo y combatirlo de una forma suficientemente eficaz para reducir al máximo el sufrimiento que genera. Se parte de la necesidad de descubrirlo tan pronto como sea posible, diferenciándolo de otros tipos de violencias entre iguales. Se describen también los aspectos clave de la dinámica relacional que lo rodea, destacando la importancia de prestar atención al papel de los agentes que intervienen, para intervenir en relación a todos ellos, tanto preventivamente, como cuando se tenga que afrontar una situación de acoso activa. También se subrayan algunos aspectos a tener en cuenta para afrontar el acoso entre iguales de forma colaborativa entre familia y centro educativo. Para terminar, se dan múltiples referencias donde encontrar orientaciones y recursos concretos útiles para familias y centros educativos.

    This article focuses on the reflection related to the subjective and relational origin of bullying among peers, seeking to find reasons that help identify why and when it occurs. Its purpose is to understand Bullying more thoroughly in order to deal with it and fight against it head on, reducing in the most effective way the suffering it generates. This article is based on the need to discover bullying as soon as possible, differentiating it from other types of violence between equals. It also describes the key aspects of the relational dynamic that surrounds it, highlighting the importance of being aware of the role of the agents involved, thus allowing swift intervention, both in prevention and when dealing with a situation of active harassment. Further aspects to address peer harassment, such as collaboration between families and educational centres, are also underlined. In addition, there are multiple references offering orientation and specific resources useful for families and educational centers.

    Aquest article s’atura a reflexionar sobre l’origen subjectiu i relacional de l’assetjament entre iguals —el Bullying— cercant trobar un sentit que ajudi a identificar per què i quan es produeix. El seu propòsit és entendre millor el Bullying per afrontar-lo i combatre’l d’una forma prou eficaç per reduir al màxim el patiment que genera. Es parteix de la necessitat de descobrir-lo tan aviat com sigui possible, diferenciant-lo d’altres tipus de violències entre iguals. Es descriuen també els aspectes clau de la dinàmica relacional que l’envola, tot destacant la importància de parar atenció en el paper de tots els agents que hi intervenen, per tal d’intervenir en relació a tots ells, tant preventivament, com quan s’hagi d’afrontar una situació d’assetjament activa. També se subratllen alguns aspectes a tenir en compte per tal d’afrontar l’assetjament entre iguals de forma col·laborativa, entre família i centre educatiu. Per acabar es donen múltiples referències on trobar orientacions i recursos concrets, útils per a famílies i centres educatius.
