  • The article explores the legacy of U.S. artists Andy Warhol, particularly his role in the visual art movement known as pop art. It recognizes the artist for presenting an image of harmony between vanguard art and U.S. capitalism. The Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City will hold an exhibition of the work of Warhol. In addition, the article describes the artist's distinctive style of living as one of the elements of his work.
