  • The article explores the work of avant-garde filmmaker and artist Tony Conrad. It identifies Conrad as a unique figure in the history of arts and culture because he challenges the boundaries between artistic categories. The exhibit "Introducing Tony Conrad: A Retrospective" will be held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's List Visual Arts Center and the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts at Harvard University in Massachusetts to show his art style and the themes of his work.
