    El artículo analiza de manera comparativa las dinámicas de la movilización del derecho en tres luchas sociales que se desarrollan en Argentina las cuales pretenden transformar las condiciones injustas y desiguales de la sociedad. El artículo presenta discusiones de una investigación empírica conducida en base a una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa que reflexiona sobre los aportes y limites efectivos del derecho en la lucha campesina e indígena, la lucha por la diversidad sexual y la lucha contra la violencia policial e institucional. El objetivo propuesto es problematizar el espacio de transformación de lo jurídicamente pensable, dentro y fuera del campo jurídico. Por ello, la presentación se divide en cuatro apartados, que de manera comparativa, relaciona las dinámicas políticas reivindicativas y la movilización del derecho en los tres conflictos señalados: el primero, aborda el abordaje teórico, el segundo, describe los conflictos socio-jurídicos, el tercero, analiza las estrategias jurídicas-políticas de resistencia, reconocimiento y ampliación de derechos de las tres luchas sociales.

    The article analyzes in a comparative way the dynamics of the mobilization of law in three social struggles that take place in Argentina, which seek to transform the unjust and unequal conditions of society. The article presents discussions of an empirical research conducted on the basis of a qualitative and quantitative methodology that reflects on the contributions and effective limits of the law: the struggle of peasant and indigenous, the struggle for sexual diversity and the struggle against police and institutional violence. The proposed objective is to problematize the space of transformation of the legally thinkable, inside and outside the legal field. Therefore, the presentation is divided into four sections, which in a comparative way, relates the political dynamics of protest and the mobilization of law in the three identified conflicts: the first, addresses the theoretical approach, the second, describes socio-legal conflicts, the third, analyzes the legal-political strategies of resistance, recognition and expansion of rights of the three social struggles.
