    • The article discusses an effort to protect Israeli public health from various emerging tobacco products such as an electrically heated cigarette smoking system (EHCSS) as of 2017. The Israeli government's tobacco control policies are examined, along with deaths involving smoking and exposure to secondary, forced smoking. Cigarette marketing and advertising laws are assessed, as well as health warnings on cigarette packages and a legislative order from the Israel Supreme Court.
