  • The article discusses the human rights of transgender people in relation to an issue article on transgender women asylum seekers from Mexico in the U.S. Topics include violence against transgender women, the impact of previous experiences on the use of medical services by transgender women immigrants in the U.S., and the necessity of a public health approach to the needs of transgender immigrants.
